5th Reflection Topic
Dear Cleo, I noticed that you've been skipping a lot of classes; especially English class. I assume that you might have a personal problems that occurs to you. I was aware of your absence and was wondering why you didn't come to classes. The mid-term exams is coming up soon, I just worried that you might not aware about it. I hope that you will attend the classes next week because once you miss one class, you'll be missing a lot of knowledge, not to mention tips that Miss Atee gave us. I hope you heed my advice. 4th Reflection Topic
Miyamoto
Musashi is my hero. He's the most famous yet the greatest swordsmen in the world
but in a way he was more than that. He was a warrior, a philosopher, an
artist and a legend. His entire life story is like something out an
ancient godly legend from ancient times. His book "The Book of Five Rings" had been used by
fighters, philosophers, business men and everybody in between and
continues to be printed to this day in multiple languages. He was never
defeated in combat (unless you believe the legends), fought in multiple
large scale battles and yet he died in his 50's-60's which was ancient
for those days. His famous quotes was "In battle, if you you make your opponent flinch, you have already won.”

A perfect health lifestyle that I wish to have is working out at a gym, enhancing my leg springs to jump higher and eating a lots of nutrition foods like oat meals. I have to admit that I dislike oat meals but it contains a lot of nutrition on it.
A comprehensive model that I wish to have of healthy living is from physical and mental training, nutrition, and how to balance these with quality rest and recovery. Resistance training enhances your capacity to perform activities requiring physical strength. This coupled with increases your endurance, or the ability to work longer periods of time without overtaxing. Combining strength and endurance with systems of exercise that increase flexibility, or the range of motion in a joint, aid in allowing for a greater sense of confidence and coordination as you move. I like choosing an activity, that challenges our body and equally engages our mind, will serve to increase our powers of concentration and helps us to become calmer. Working with a Personal Trainer or other qualified fitness professionals can help ours to get started in a smart and safe manner.
